When tracking is available for your shipment, you can follow the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation or order-status information.

Tracking has not updated yet

A shipping label can be created before the carrier performs its first physical scan. Tracking may also pause while a parcel moves between hubs, crosses borders or awaits customs processing. Please allow the carrier system time to refresh.

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the parcel

Check the delivery location, household members, reception or mailroom where relevant, and any safe-place information supplied by the carrier. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then use our Contact Us page with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.

Need us to investigate?

Contact us with your order number, delivery name and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for additional information needed by the carrier or payment provider to investigate the shipment.

Carrier scans and delivery estimates are provided by third parties and can be delayed or corrected after posting.
