Available shipping services, charges and delivery estimates are presented at checkout based on the destination and order where applicable. Any delivery timeframe shown is an estimate unless we expressly state that a service is guaranteed.

Order processing

Processing or dispatch information shown at checkout, on the product page or in your order confirmation applies to your order. Orders may require additional review where payment, address or fraud-prevention checks are necessary.

Delivery estimates

Carrier estimates can be affected by customs clearance, weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, transportation disruption and other events outside our reasonable control. A delay by a carrier does not automatically mean a parcel is lost.

Addresses

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun. Where permitted by law, costs arising from an incorrect, incomplete, refused or unclaimed address may be borne by the customer.

International orders, customs & duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and destination-country duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage or other import charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Where permitted by law, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not controlled by IndieWrist.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided, use the link in your shipping confirmation or order status information. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created or a parcel enters a carrier network.

Missing or damaged shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and useful photographs of the parcel, label and packaging so we can investigate with the relevant carrier where appropriate. Keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.
