This page is a plain-language summary. Our Refund Policy applies to return and refund requests and nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Requesting a return

Where permitted by law, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, or within any longer mandatory period required by the law that applies to your purchase. Do not send an item back without contacting us first, because we need to identify and authorize the return route.

Return condition

Unless the item is faulty or applicable law provides otherwise, returned watches should be unused, unworn and in the condition received, with included packaging, accessories and components. Please keep proof of purchase or your order number.

Return shipping

Where permitted by law, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping when returning an eligible item for a change of mind. If we sent the wrong item, the item is defective, or applicable law requires otherwise, different arrangements may apply.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are normally processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practicable. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.

Where permitted by law, original shipping charges, expedited shipping upgrades, duties, taxes and other unrecoverable third-party charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly through Contact Us with your order number and clear photos of the item, parcel label and packaging where relevant. Keeping the original packaging can help us assess transit damage and support a carrier claim.

Refused, unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels

Where permitted by law, actual carrier, return-to-sender or redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection or unpaid import charges may be deducted from a refund after the parcel is returned and assessed.
