Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from IndieWrist. They should be read together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific information shown before checkout. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where applicable law permits otherwise. An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, subject to mandatory law.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store or checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees or rates. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before acceptance of an order. Payment is subject to authorization and security checks.

Product appearance and specifications

Reasonable differences may occur between a product photograph and how a color, texture, plating or finish appears in person because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Product specifications vary by style and the individual listing controls over general store descriptions. Vintage-inspired styling does not imply that an item is antique or pre-owned unless expressly stated.

Availability and cancellation by us

Where permitted by law, we may cancel an order before acceptance or dispatch because of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, address verification problems, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel after capturing payment, any amount due back will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping, title and risk

Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout or in order communications where applicable. The point at which title and risk pass to the customer is determined by applicable law and cannot be varied where the law provides mandatory protection.

Returns and remedies

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available where required by law.

Watches sold as fashion or vintage-inspired accessories are not represented as investments and no future resale value, collectability or appreciation is guaranteed.
