Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the IndieWrist website and related services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the store, other users or third-party systems. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply and are not excluded by these Terms.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or extract content in a way that materially burdens the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use our content in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.

Product information

We aim to present product information accurately. However, screens, lighting and photography can cause reasonable differences in perceived color and finish. Dimensions and specifications should be read from the individual product listing. Many IndieWrist products are vintage-inspired fashion watches; styling terms do not mean an item is an antique or historically vintage piece unless expressly stated.

Availability, errors and order review

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory or content errors. Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, unavailable stock, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, abusive conduct or another legitimate operational reason. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, any amount due back will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment method.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the IndieWrist name, site layout, original text, graphics and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store may depend on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers and carriers. Their systems may be subject to separate terms and availability. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts or omissions beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndieWrist is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of the site or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
