Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Available shipping services, prices and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Processing and dispatch

Processing or dispatch information shown at checkout, on a product page or in an order confirmation applies to that order. We may conduct reasonable payment, address, sanctions or fraud-prevention checks before dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs, weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, transportation disruption and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.

Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through Contact Us. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch begins.

Customs, duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and destination-country duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage or other import charges unless checkout expressly states that such amounts are included. Where permitted by law, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking and carrier scans

Where tracking is available, it will generally be supplied through shipping confirmation or order-status information. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created, during handoffs between carriers, or while a parcel is awaiting customs processing.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a shipment appears unusually delayed or arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. We may need to open a carrier investigation before a claim can be resolved. A temporary tracking delay does not by itself establish that a parcel is lost.

Refused, unclaimed and returned parcels

Where permitted by law, if a parcel is refused, remains unclaimed, is returned because of an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered because required import charges were not paid, actual unrecoverable carrier and return costs may be deducted from any refund once the parcel has been returned and assessed.
