Currency

Our store currency is USD. If your bank or payment provider uses another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or fees. These are controlled by the relevant financial institution, not IndieWrist.

Authorization & verification

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, address verification, fraud screening or other reasonable security checks. We may contact you for information reasonably needed to verify an order. Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be verified or that present a reasonable fraud, sanctions, payment or security concern.

If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, visit Contact Us with your order number and never send full card credentials.
