International orders

IndieWrist serves international customers where a destination and shipping method are made available at checkout. Availability can vary by destination, product, carrier or other operational restrictions.

Customs, VAT, duties and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and destination-country duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other import charges. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are generally the recipient's responsibility where permitted by law. These charges are imposed by third parties or government authorities and are not controlled by IndieWrist.

Customs clearance

Customs processing can affect delivery timing. A shipment being held for inspection or clearance does not necessarily mean it is lost. Customers may be asked by a carrier or local authority to provide information or pay an applicable charge before delivery.

Refused or unclaimed international parcels

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned because required import charges were not paid, we will assess the returned parcel when it reaches us. Where permitted by law, unrecoverable outbound shipping, return-to-sender, carrier, customs or related charges may be deducted from any refund that is otherwise due.

Restricted destinations

We may be unable to ship to certain destinations because of carrier limitations, sanctions, export controls, local restrictions or other legal or operational requirements. Checkout availability is the best indication of whether we can currently accept an order for a destination.

Delivery estimates

International delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customs, weather, local delivery conditions, transportation disruption and public holidays can affect transit time.
